What is Scrum?

Scrum is an agile framework used to implement complex projects. The role of Scrum Master:

The role of Scrum Product Owner:

The po follows the Scrum project framework. Usually, checks for the review list and is the first user of the product. He is much aware of the marketplace and the competition.

Responsibilities of a Product Owner:

The responsibilities of a Product Owner are:

Product Backlog: The Product Owner has to create and maintain the backlogs as the full-time activity. As the technology and things keep on changing, then it is vital to keep an eye on the ball. The backlog is to be groomed before represented into the Sprint planning training.
