  Course Overview

ITIL® Expert course is training programme that combines all the ITIL® intermediates certifications into one integrated package. It is the combination of ITIL® Service Lifecycle and ITIL® Service Capability.

ITIL® Service Lifecycle

ITIL® Service Lifecycle course is intended for those who want to focus on the process and practice elements used in the organisation and those who want to have an understanding regarding management capabilities that are required to deliver quality services. It focuses on the following modules:

 

ITIL® Service Capability

ITIL® Service Capability is designed to help the delegates to gain knowledge in more than one service processes. The capability stream focuses on the practical application of Operational Support and Analysis (OSA), Planning, Protection and Optimisation (PPO), Release, Control and Validation (RCV) and Service Offerings and Agreements (SOA) for enabling IT operations, financial Management and application management.

 

Exam

The delegates will have to pass an examination that will be conducted at the end of the training to measure the level of knowledge or understanding attained during the course. The exam will be of Scenario based Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ’s), each question has four options, one has to select one correct answer out of it. Your performance will be measured by the number of correct answers you attended.           

You will need to have 7o percentage marks to clear the exam.

The exam will be of the specific period of time, and you need to complete all questions within that time only. No extra time will be provided for any reason.

English would be used as default language during the exam. Selection of language depends upon the comfort of the trainer only.
